How fast do you respond to enquiries?

Can I book directly via WhatsApp?
Yes, absolutely! WhatsApp is our preferred booking channel. Just send us your dates, number of guests, and room preference. We'll confirm availability and share the best price instantly. You can also share photos of ID proof and make payments through UPI/bank transfer.
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please request in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Additional charges may apply for extended stays.
Is there parking available at the resort?
Yes, we have complimentary parking available for all guests. The parking area is secure and can accommodate multiple vehicles. If you're arriving by self-drive, we'll share detailed directions and parking instructions.
Is the resort suitable for couples and families?
Absolutely! We welcome both couples and families. We have romantic cottages perfect for honeymoons and anniversaries, as well as family rooms and activities for children. Our peaceful mountain setting is ideal for quality time together.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to one night's charge. No-shows are charged the full booking amount. For special circumstances, please contact us directly and we'll try to accommodate.
