Room occupancy varies: Deluxe Valley View and Garden View accommodate 2 adults, Premium Cottage and Honeymoon Cottage accommodate 4 adults, Family Suite accommodates 6 adults, and Luxury Mountain Suite accommodates 2 adults. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Can I request an extra mattress or bedding?
Yes, extra mattresses and bedding can be arranged upon request. Additional charges apply. Please inform us in advance during booking to ensure availability.
What is your policy for children and infants?
Children under 5 years stay free when sharing existing beds. Children aged 5-12 years may be charged a nominal fee. Infants (under 2 years) stay free. Please confirm during booking for specific arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable. Please contact us for any exceptions or special circumstances.
